Very unfriendly. No thank you no nothing just take your receipt and be gone. Food was also cold.
I rarely eat fast food. I know many that do. Thankfully, Alyssa, at the Burger ???? King ???? on Camino Rosa and Tezel is the... best employee I have encountered in quite a while. She was knowledgeable and courteous. My questions about the menu were allanswered with a smile and she offered suggestions on what to add to my order. I went for the jalapeno! They had me sitting at the intercom for 5 minutes without even asking me to wait which is common sense for any fast food place... so I ended up driving up to the window and waited in back of another car for an additional 10 minutes. Worst service ever Read more
So I ordered a Whopper Meal along with the Southwestern version at around noon. The service there was good, & the dining area... was clean. The food was hot, the fries still crispy, & it all came out at reasonable times. Read more
It's been a while since I've eaten BK but I recognized an old favorite. The rodeo burger. Just as good as I remembered. I gave 4... stars because I asked for water while ordering but wasn't told they charge for water until after I paid and asked for the waterI ordered at the intercom. Read more
WHAT A DUMP! The north side is clean and shiny looking, but the drive-thru lane looks like a back alley on Skid Row ... FILTHY,... with trash, overgrown weeds, broken signage, and graffiti. I got in the drive-thru line behind two other cars around 8:50 PMlast night. The cars ahead of me pulled up to the squawk-box and sat there a couple minutes, then drove around the corner. Igot to the squawk-box around 8:55 PM and waited. And waited. The menu sign was either broken or turned off, so I spent aminute or two reading it by flashlight, then yelled, "Hello. Anyone there?" No answer. So I pulled around to the window,where a sign said they close at 9:00 PM. I looked at my watch. It was 8:58 PM. I banged on the window, but there no one came. I drove around front and could see that the lights were off. They had been on when I first pulled up! That meant theemployees were actually HIDING from customers so they could close early! I hadn't eaten at Burger King in nearly 20 years, butI'd decided to give them another try when I saw their sign as I exited the I-35 freeway at N. New Braunfels. After experiencingthe filth, lack of maintenance, terrible service, and mismanagement at this store, it will be ANOTHER 20 years before I evergive Burger King another try!!! Read more
Worst experience. Poor customer service. Poor quality of food (all individuals who ate got sick same night). Drive thru lane... is creepy and without proper lighting. This burger king is ran by immature children who lack proper requirements. I agree withand wish i read all the previous low star rating. Bottom line: spend the time to go elsewhere, this place is not safe and thefood is horrible. Read more
Just ordered a texas whopper meal 12/2/2022 around 2pm and it was inedible. Had to throw it all out. Meat tasted freezer burned.... Fries were old. Didn't want to risk food poisoning. Customer service rep did not say hello or thank you once. Read more
