Cold food, ordered onion rings and was given a mix of both fries and rings. Large water was a small cup. Out of condiments aside... from ketchup. Small double bacon cheese burger (in the picture its just the buns for size reference.) Those meat patties werelike kids meal patties. Chicken fries were dry. Dine in orders were coming out at random. there were two nurses who arrivedahead and were served after the 6 of us. Unfortunately I didn't have a choice else where being in the area with coworkers. Bestpart of lunch here was when I went to fix my uniform and walked in on someone showering in the restroom sink. Ps my coworkerskeep joking about how bad lunch was for them as well. Absolutely the worst trip to Burger King in our entire lives!! The staff didn't know their head from their... we ordered and... dined in. Our order and EVERY order after ours was wrong. The cook even came out at one point to talk to a customer to try andfigure out her SIMPLE order of a whopper with no mustard add cheese. The manager couldn't care less. She acted like there wereno customers and no orders coming in. I felt bad for the people ordering from the drive thru, if the dine in orders were thatmessed up I'm sure theirs were too. Very friendly staff, person a drive-thru was very funny and making a joke with me . they were nice enough substitute free fries... because they ran out of onion rings. Best experience there so far. To the young man who made me laugh, have a good summervacation. Read more
The three times I been to this place, the same poor service. I finally got my food head home to find out my whole order was... wrong a very simple order. Would go back to complain or call but I'm just fed up with waiting again. The girl at the drivethrough was cursing up a storm at the manager which he seemed to just tune out. I understand that they get frustrated but comeon if you don't like your job quit. Read more
Waited 30+ minutes for food to be ready. Employees promised it would be hot and fresh, it was neither. When I got home, I opened... my chicken sandwich and it was BITEN. It was so disgusting, I didn?t even want to eat anything else I ordered. Threw the wholebag away. How do you serve a customer something that?s bitten? I swear, I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Nevergoing back to this Burger King. Probably never going back to any, actually. Absolutely horrible. Didn't have jalapeño bites. Had no frozen drinks. Ordered chicken sandwich, and bread was stale and old.... Also ordered sourdough bacon King. Barely had 2 small pieces of bacon and bread not toasted. Skip this location if you wantdecent burger King food. Read more
Went to this place this morning at 10:30 am ordered 3 Impossible Burgers since they had them 2 for $ 6.00 well here's what you... get the Buns,very little Lettuce, Lots of pickles , One Ring of Onion, & Mayo!!!!!!!!
