don't trust these 4 and 5 star reviews with no comments on them. this burger king is garbage. i used to love going here. they... changed management a few years back. now very shady and unprofessional people run it. i'm unsure how they remain open when theywon't even take your order. you're either left waiting 20 minutes with no response at the drive thru window or trying to go intothe dine in that's LOCKED. the workers are beyond rude, they shouldn't have a job. this establishment needs to be shut down. Very rude unprofessional workers. Lady at the drive thru window got mad because I had a coupon. She reply ? ughhh you need to... lmk u have a coupon at the speaker? as I pull up she rolls her eyes and request the manager to come assist so she can get theamount adjusted. He comes just as rude as the lady and says ? oh yeah we can?t accept this because the expiration date wasbarley cut off? good thing I had the whole paper that I had just received in the mail. I visit many Burger Kings around town from north San Antonio to south San Antonio. I?ve visited this location multiple times.... The service is not good at all. The lobby was fairly empty when we arrived, there was a couple eating other than us. I orderedthe Big King Impossible burgers 2/$6. I paid to get lettuce and tomato on both burgers. They didn?t have the lettuce and tomatoon them and the burgers were cold. I had to go ask them to give me my lettuce and tomato on the side to add it to the burgers.Our fries and onions weren?t fresh. They were cold and some were hard and seemed like they had been fried multiple times. Theservice and quality of food at this Burger King is extremely lacking. I will not be back at this location. I rather visit thelocation in the south side where service and quality were great. This location is not worth a trip. Read more

Just went there about 15-20 mins ago. I ordered everything was good. Went to the window& I let the girl know I had a coupon. Lights off. This is normal throughout the week sometimes. They're open, just pull up to the speaker. Use your headlights or... phone flashlight to see the menu board. One star because the food was cold. Fries soggy and old. Burger patty was not cooked allthe way, was still raw on right side. Trashed. Read more
First time at this BK as fairly new here. Got to the speaker and got what I found out was a prerecorded greeting. Didn?t hear... anything else for a good 5 minutes. Would?ve thought they were closed had it not been for the back door being wide open and acustomer having a great time chatting it up with the person working inside. I guessed pretty quickly that was what my wait wasdue to. I asked for a coke with my meal. He repeated it back 3 times as Dr Pepper. I was surprised I actually got a coke. Thatwas the only good thing about my meal. My onion rings looked and tasted like they had been sitting for 2 days and my sandwichwas just nasty. Needless to say they weren?t eaten. Read more
Missed my bus n thought that I'd wait it out for the next one inside this Burger King location by De Zavala and Vance Jackson. I... hardly eat fast food, but I was feeling hungry and thought I'd order their 8 PC chicken nuggets. Took a few minutes, but OH ITWAS SO WORTH THE WAIT! Lisa calls out my name and presents my order like this with a cute SMILE! THEM CHICKEN NUGGIES WERELOADED WITH LISA'S POSITIVE VIBES AND BEST I'VE HAD AT A FAST FOOD PLACE IN A LONG TIME.
