This location must be under new management, because they have completely lost their way. Three times now I?ve gone to the... drive-through and been asked to wait. Only to wait 6 to 7 minutes while before attending the window completes just one order ata time. After sitting for several minutes and saying hello to the drive-through speaker, I was told I?m next in line. Well, nokidding?!? Furiously, I drove away to find no one sitting in front of me at the window. The woman running that shitshow needsa lesson in multitasking. Absolutely, ridiculously terrible service. Read more
The service is a little slow, because they're understaffed but the food has been on point, and was worth the wait. The crew is... welcoming when u walk in. Read more

They gave me the wrong chicken sandwich which should have had lettuce and tomato and the chicken was a spicy one that I didn?t... ask for.. the new whopper melts was tiny and not toasted.. the ?big king? which I had before was smaller than the palm of myhand all my food was cold.. hardly eat out and this is why I don?t Read more
This location was Closed by 11pm tonight. I Had to cancel my postmates order, ALONG THE WAY wait for a train that completely... stopped and had to sit and wait 15min. Before I detoured to finally get to Burger King and they were closed early. I just pickedup an order here 20min agoand the staff almost tried not to take my order the 1st time. Very disappointing. Need to get thisfixed or let a corporate personal handle this issue and take up with Managers and current staff. Waste of time and money Read more
I came by to try the Impossible Whopper they have and it was delicious, tasted just like an actual Whopper despite having no... meat in it! If you ask for it with no mayo, it's #vegan! I only give them three stars because the drive thru was closed? Therewas a sign on it asking you to come inside to order and the area not being the greatest or safest, it was a big annoying. It is Wenesday June 13, 2018 at 11:40pm. On their window on the drive thru it says they are open until 12am for drive thru at... the Rittman location. Yet the guy that is working here is totally ignoring me. I honked several times to get his attention andnothing. Plus I saw a woman that went into the lobby and into the employee back and she was in a long black shirt with shortshorts on. Obviously not an employee working, but probably the guys girlfriend. They appear very short staffed or just very unorganized. I was in the drive-thru from drive up to drive off a total of 36... minutes. After I paid I was informed they had no fries, just onion rings.. The man at the window, which I believe had a "shiftmanager" name tag was very nice and efficient but visibly frustrated. I waited patiently all the while he was NEVER impolite orrude and even apologized for the long wait. Afterall, the food wasn't the best and could be better.
