As we pulled in there were four cars in the drive-thru. As we walked in the door we were greeted immediately with one or two... people inside the place looks clean to me. They took our order precisely and quickly we even got our food quickly not expectingit being there was only three people in the back, so that was a win in my books!! ( August 29th 2022) Went through the drive thru last night during rush hour and ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget. Despite having... two or three cars in line ahead of me the wait time was short. I ended up with 8 hot and fresh crispy nuggets! Very pleased! Read more
Placed order through app. I get thereunder it's like they don't even have the order. Turned out there was actually... two(duplicate) but neither ready. They had me repeat my order 3 times. It was like they were all high or something. Not oneorder burger or either spicy chicken sandwiches were made correctly. Not one. Or bacon cheese burger and get a Jr with cheese nobacon and incorrect dressing. Also ordered 2 oreos shakes they didn't have nor did we recieve. That really was a complete amountof bull for any customer. Tried calling the store and no one answers. Just have to send email and hope they correct everything. Read more
Came here on 4/26 and ordered some meals from drive-thru. They handed me my order and I asked the woman, "is everything in the... bag" she had the dumbest look on her face and said yeah! There was a long line so I trusted her and didn't check the bag. Assoon as I passed out the meals, I noticed one was missing. I could not go back so I attempted to call and settle it. For hoursno one would answer the phone, it would just ring. I highly do not recommend you stop at this location. Obviously this happens,the problem was they did not answer the phones to solve and rectify the problem. Read more
We usually go thru the drive thru and it's always very slow service even when we were the only car. We ate inside for the first... time today, February 20th and in addition to slow service EVERY table and chair was disgustingly dirty. There were all sorts offood crumbs and pieces all over and all over the floor. They MUST keep this place clean, that is part of their responsibility. Unfortunately I had to clean 2 tables and several chairs before we could sit down. When we left, we spoke with other customersand they were just as disappointed. This joint is low on staff during lunch hours. The customer service could be better - Such as repeating my order back to me... because they will get the order wrong 50% of the time, usually something is forgotten. They are usually good with giving adecent amount of condiments, however this last time was not great. I received a lot of ranch condiments that seemed super old.Some of the condiments look like air or heat had gotten to it. They were dirty and one even had little body parts of what lookedto be an insect wing? Generally this BK is alright but not great. Read more
Today I was here at 930 pm. The website shows that the business is open till midnight. Here all lights are off. All customers... are shouting. Actually you wanna do business or just wanna shut it down. The sign bord is off. Drive thru volume is set tominimum. We love your burger that's why we are coming. But you are turning us back. Here just across the street,we have aMcDonald's. And they have all lights on. Last week I have given 5 stars to you.. But now you are disappointing me. Still welove your burger. Read more
The worst BK in the area. I really prefer BK a lot more than other fast food places. The Whopper can't be beat, but this... location is just gross. This physical location is great l, the area is super busy, but the locals have learned not to go to thisBK. I gave them so many chances, but they always disappointed me. Case in point, the oil used to cook the fries always tastesrancid. Just waiting for them to overhaul this location. Maybe revoke the franchisee's licence and make it a Corporate storeso it's good again??!!??!! Read more
