Order drive tru at almost 9pm and received THREE DIFFERENT burgers RAW! Chicken nuggets were super crispy, not burn but almost!... Whopper burger was just as bad! I went immediately to show them and they really didn?t seem to care much about it, managerapologized but both my boys and myself ate those raw burgers. I will admit I didn't have a lot of hope when coming here but I have been pleasantly surprised. I always use coupons which gives... a lot of food for a great price. I haven't tried the burgers because I don't like burgers but the chicken nuggets and fries arealways very tasty except for the fries being a little oversalted. It usually comes pretty warm but if it doesn't, I just heatit up at home. Today I got the breakfast croissant meal, and it was delicious. 1st of all, the lady working (seemed to be theonly one there) she was really nice. 2nd of all, the croissant was very good quality and I liked the coffee. Had to wait for all the people that ordered on the app to receive their food before I could place an order inside. Then every... table is dirty. Had to wait in line to ask someone to clean a table. I mean every single table is dirty. Normally when I eathere, I use the app and go through drive thru. This one experience of eating inside was not good. We've eaten here at this Burger King on Nacogdoches Rd many times since we relocated to San Antonio in 2004. Today, we... came armed with two coupon offers: Buy one Whopper Get One Free & 2 Whopper Jr.'s & two fries for $3.99. This gives ustwo meals for $9.07. Our burgers were hot & whether Whopper or Jr both were on sesame seed buns with tomato, lettuce,onion & pickles. The cashier was very friendly & efficient. It was a smooth order & transaction working withdiscounted coupons & cash. The restaurant dining area floor & eqipment were clean. All tables had been bussed &clean. The empty men's room needed immediate attention: It was dirty, water on floor & possibly toiletoverflowing. Things like this happen in all businesses so not letting this situation affect my overall review. Understaffed only two employees working noon shift. Price of a two Whopper Jr special is up almost 60%. Read more
