Worst BK in SA. Was told ?it?s not on us? for getting my order wrong. The other customers waiting to get a correction to their... orders confirmed that the customer service was lacking as much as their competency. They refused to give me the store number andrefused to give me the owner/operator name after the manager offered me a small fries for driving 15 mins each way to get thefood (which I paid for) that they neglected to put in my bag. I know customers complain for lots of reasons, and they can?t helpif their short staffed, but attitude is one thing you can personally affect - and their management is certainly setting the barlow. Have been in line for 25 so far. Waiting for my food. There are 2 cars in line, that?s including mine and 1 person inside. She... just came out and told us to park to continue to wait even longer. Makes no sense. It?s a fast food restaurant. Read more
This is the worst Burger King I?ve gone to. If I could have given it ZERO STARS, I would have definitely done just that. The... customer service is very bad, the big lady (manager) is very rude. They were so desperately wanting to make their food last formore orders. My Large size fries were half full, no taking other peoples coupons because ?their machine doesn?t work? theycouldn?t provide me with my own receipt either. ?Printer doesn?t work? ???? not even wanting to give me the receipt they printfor themselves to view the orders. I wonder if they had a bad review coming. They charged me for two ice creams and aftercharging me, said they didn?t have ice cream. Didn?t even refund me ? the big lady didn?t want to reverse or refund my card.???? Save time, money and avoid getting mad? drive to Whataburger instead. Or look for another Burger King. I know Burger King is not known for customer service and this location is no exception ordered a impossible Burger when I... received was so dry I thought I was chewing on a brown hockey puck. To start the good: the food is not expensive and the place seemed it was cleaned from inside out. The bad: the food came out... cold and soggy. I went to have it done again and was told it came that way, Really!!?? At other fast food places management hasalways fixed the issue. But not here. Also the service is never good. I?ve been here a few times and employees seem they don?tcare. My guess they learned from their leaders. So for now I will drive farther to another BK when I know I?ll be treated withrespect. Me and my wife came to the Burger King on Goliad 11/20/22 and the young guy with curly hair at the register was very nice. He... had some upset customers due to being short staffed and handled it very well. He was very polite to everyone. Great customerservice!!! Read more
