This location is really a hit or miss. Went this morning to get breakfast and it was a good experience! Cashier was friendly,... wait times weren?t too long and food was hot and fresh! The past few times I?ve gone they?ve messed up my orders, wait timeshave been crazy and the staff hasn?t been friendly. The drive thru order machine is also very old and it?s hard to hearsometimes. I really want to love burger king. Over the years they have had some excellent burgers. I can still remember my favorite, the... Western Whopper. However the service at this location is what ruined my experience. When they handed me my order at the window,it was missing my 2 onion rings and my jalapenos. I had to knock on the window and honk to get them to come back. Theyimmediately gave my my bag of onion rings, no jalapenos. Knock and honk again and they gave me my jalapenos, but they gave me 5instead of the 8 that I ordered. Burger king has so much potential, but the lack of service and attention to detail is whatruins it. I dont eat out much and less often burger king because of this reason. The worst Burger King Eatery in San Antonio!!!! I placed a 1 star only because a No Star is unavailable! There were only 4 staff... workers and all were running about confused like a headless chicken and when I would try to get their attention they wouldignore my needs. I requested unsweetened tea 5 times, once the cook came forward tipping his Chin Up and arms open like Whatdo you want. I said I would like some Unsweet Tea. All he said was We don't Have Any, It Went Bad! Then the young femaleworker ignored my request 3 times and refused to make a new batch of Unsweetened tea because it was still early only 6pm. I returned to the cashier area where no one was there and still the young lady refused to make the tea. The lobby was getting fullof dissatisfied customers and many left because word of mouth works fast. The ketchup dispenser was empty, some of the fountaindrinks were empty and spitting clear liquid gas, the lobby checks hadn't been done since who knows. The older heavy bottomworker or leader barely could walk as they were fumbling with all the order receipts in confusion. This Potranco and 1604 Burger ???? King needs New Management who cares ! I won?t waste time talking about the quality. Needless to say that it wasn?t what I payed for. Then when I went in to get my... order replaced they did it begrudgingly and acted offended when I simply told them politely what the issues were. The assistantmanager there was very unprofessional, unapologetic and did not care at all. She only replaced my order out of a bare minimumsense of obligation, which was apparently painful for her. The poor quality of the food is reflective of her poor management. Itshould go without saying that everything should be replaced because it?s not hot anymore. She let her cook get away with thisbecause she really didn?t care. They were not even busy at the time. If this location wants to prosper in the future they shouldeither retrain her or find someone better who actually cares about food quality, standards, and the customers. I pull up to the drive-thru box and I see about four people moving around inside. After waiting at the box for about 5 minutes,... a young lady finally comes on and says that they're closed. Mind you it's 10:30 p.m. and it says they don't close till 11:30p.m. Luckily I had placed an online order and that's what I told the young lady. She then tells me to move to the second windowwhere I wait another 10 minutes. This location is never "open" when it says it's open. I honestly believe these people arerunning the clock, upper management really needs to check on this location seriously! When I asked the young lady when she cameto the window with my food, why they said they were closed. She proceeds to tell me that they're short staff. There was NOLINE!!!! And there were like three people in there, so how are they short-handed?? Read more

I have a 30min lunch break, it took 25mins to get my food, they took very long to make a relatively simple order, I asked for... extra condiments at the window when I paid and they gave me nothing. Fries were cold, as well as the burger. Just a verydisappointing experience, I will make sure that none of my coworkers go to this location. If you are in a time sensitivesituation I wouldn't recommend this Burger King. Read more

At the drive through they misunderstood my order and I didn't realize it until I got home. The next day I went in and explained... to them the problem. Rick not only made it right but gave me a free drink, added french fries and cookies too! Read more

So many places to begin. When we pulled up, there were only 3 cars in front of me. I thought, "shouldn't take too long". ... Faulty thinking on my part. Took about 6 minutes just to place my order, another 5 to pay for my order, pull forward and waitat next window another 6 to 8 minutes until they brought our food. Staff was kind and apologetic, but had no sense of urgency. Drove literally 1 Mike back to our house (less than 4 minutes total drive) and upon arrival at the house, the food was cold. Not lukewarm, cold! Like it had set in the bag for several minutes before they gave it to me. Needless to say, we won't goback to this location on our next visit to town Read more
