Sign says they close at 10pm get here at 9:30 pm employee says they're closed because they are short staffed... This is seriously the best Burger King I've ever been to. The food is the same Burger King I grew up eating and isn't what's so... great. It's the staff who work here that go above and beyond for customer service. Think of the last time the cooks came to helptake customer orders when the line was long? Never happens at a fast food place, but it happened here and by the time I hadfinished paying for my meal the cook had already gone back and finished preparing it. I was handed my food when I was handed myreceipt for paying and the best part is I wasn't surprised. This has never happened to me at any other restaurant. This place is dirty, young rude staff. Just left after standing in a empty line and no one in sight to have a young rude teenage... girl say wheres your mask. Not sorry for the wait, how can I help you. I then said it's on and she said it has to be all the wayon your you can eat somewhere else. I will never return to this burger king. Read more
Wow...... Come through the drive thru on 7/26!2020 at roughly 11:30 to 11:45 am. I was told their fryer was down so no fried... products . I use the BK app and order the 3 dollar double whopper. I pay for my order and pull around and check it since thuslocation is famous for mess ups and rude attitudy service. As i check my buyger i notice the coloring is a little off andproceed to break off a piece of the patty to make sure. Confirmed!!! It is not a normal whopper its an impossible burger!!!! Goback through the drive through only to get the door slammed in face not once but twice with no replacement of my order a refund.I have dealt with BK mess ups long enough now im done with them for life i don't trust any locations. I will be contactingcorporate for the cashier's job. Nobody should have to put up with that when your in a customer service job lucky enough to beemployed in these pandemic times. Also making me physically go to another location to retrieve a number to contact someone incharge , risking my health in public after i just donated plasma to try and help those who need life saving medicine .
