This Burger King on 5562 Tezel Road behind HEB has the best hot French ???? Fries that are irresistible when you're driving... home. Burgers were nasty. There was to much mayo and it tasted undercooked after one bite. I threw it away and lost my appetite. The... black drive through lady had an attitude and didn't seem to appreciate me as a customer. Never wasting my money at this placeagain. Read more
Worse experience. Drive thru employee was short and rude when taking our order. She took my payment and handed me my food... without acknowledging me. I said thank you, and she said nothing and closed the window. Burger was cold and fries were soggyand old. Read more

My step dad ordered 3 breakfast croissants and the female gave 2 at special price of $4 dollars and charged him $4.19 for the... 3rd..WTH! He went inside to ask her why she didn't tell him or just give him the 4th at same price. She gave him hash brown totsinstead...how is that the same?.. And She still didn't give him the 4th one. This BK is set apart from the rest. They always have hot fresh good and hot FRIES. All the employees are cool. Edit: The night... crew is the only competent crew, I've ordered an iced coffee 2 times, in the mornings the first time I had already driven awayand had to keep a cup full of ice and creamer, this time I made sure to order a root beer as back up and sure enough they triedto hand me a cup full of creamer, I handed my card right back to the gentleman at the window and the manager with ugly witchnails handed back my card with no apology and slammed the window in my face.
