I came here on May 4. The place was very clean inside but not that busy as it was early for lunch. I had the Bates Special in... which the burger had no flavor at all. If they could just add some flavor to the burger it would be a good meal. As for the thecustomer service it was good as the employees were very friendly and nice. It was my first time dining in, and I have to say it was an awesome experience. Food was hot, fries were crispy and delicious, I... didn?t have to wait long. I even went back to purchase shakes which were absolutely delicious. The fruity pebbles shake wasamazing. We stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. This was our first time eating here. There is no sign displaying what food options... are available. They have a person taking orders and processing payments through a tablet. We ordered a single and a double as meals. We were charged extra for cheese and bacon on the single. We were charged extra for two slices of cheese on the double.The meals come with crinkle fries which is only option. Onion rings are not on their menu. The fries are pretty ordinary,nothing special and a little bit dry even with ketchup. The burgers came without the cheese and bacon which we paid extra for.The bun was partially toasted.I would have to say it was a very disappointing experience. They always seem to be busy. Thiswould lead someone such as myself to believe it must be a good place to eat. This could not be further from the truth. There aremany other places to get something much better. In these times of high prices and record inflation your money would be morewisely spent somewhere else. We will not be going back and I do not recommend giving them a try. Visiting from Florida and after decades of living there, never tasted any burger down there that comes close to this. The... burgers are huge, extremely flavorful, and very fresh. Also their almond joy shake is out of this world. Hope to see them cometo Florida some day. Read more
I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop and grab a burger and a shack. I have been to other Burger Boy locations and they... are excellent???? This place is not the exception. As soon as I got to the front of the building. A very nice young ladywelcomed me to the place and even opened the door for me. This has never happened before at any restaurant. The wonderfulexperience didn't end there. The other young lady behind the register was also very polite and helpful while ordering. She evenoffered me a Burger Boy sticker. Cool ???? If you are in the area and are in the mood for a friendly experience and a greatburger and shake. Stop on by. You will not regret it. Read more
