Great food, wait was long, but it is a Sunday and every place packed on Sundays. The Buffalo Ranch Chicken is delicious!
My boyfriend and I was very excited to try this restaurant for the first time, I?ll tell you my experience and why they receive... a 2. First, tried placing a order online and through their app, for some reason just doesn?t want to take any orders no matterwhat date or time you place it as. Second we place our order over the phone and said I?ll be ready in about 25-30 minutes whichis reasonable because how busy they always are. Third I went to go pick up my order, they forgot about our drinks, and I had agut feeling I should?ve check the bag, but as soon as I got home, sure enough I didn?t have my fries ( which seems to be a lotof a problem from the reviews ) and my boyfriend wings we so dry and we?re supposed to have lemon pepper. As you can see in thepicture there is nothing! Wings we?re also cold. So I called nicely was on hold for 20 minutes talked to two different femalesabout my situation and I was waiting patiently until they decided to hang up on me. But as far as the rest of my order the Asianzing was really good and the garlic Parmesan was ok. Also my boyfriend loved the beer batter onion rings. The absolute worst! I?m a regular customer at Buffalo Wild Wings I literally have to go if not at least once a week I hardly... come to this location even though it?s the closest to me because of the waiting time I decided to order takeout so I was willingto wait an hour for my order, my husband picked it up and I told him to make sure it was two fries bc the burger came with frieswhen he got there they told him no his order only had one fry which is clearly incorrect in the receipt bc I made sure theburger was a bundle. He didn?t argue and asked if he could buy another fry if the wait time would be long the lady said no aftera whole nother hour they finally gave him the fry which is upsetting right, when we get home we realize we?re missing a 6 wingsbecause we ordered a 30 piece okay, and to top it off the wings were undercooked. How disgusting. Did I mention the first time Itried ordering over the phone they told me to hold and just hung up after 5 mins of holding. Order BOBO food is cold and just hit the table, ordered a large fries definitely does not look like a larger and on top asked... for a boot got sat at table because those sections were close but then seats other people not a good experience Read more
We walked in around opening on a Saturday, so it was very empty inside. We were greeted right away and seated. The bartender was... helping us out that day. I ordered an old fashioned and my wife a Mojito. The drinks came out pretty quickly, and he took therest of our order. We did our cheers and had a sip... the Old Fashioned was sugar sweet and had muddled cherries andpineapple... def not my kind of OF. The Mojito was pretty tasty not too sweet. We then gout our food about 15 minutes later, Igit the southern chicken sandwich and it was really good! Nice and crispy with a yummy sauce! My wife's burger was thick andjuicy and she loved it! The fries we both got were cold tho.... not crunchy just limp and chilly.... great service, greatsandwiches but the fries, the fries!!??!?!! Why?! Are you looking for subpar food, subpar service, or a Buffalo Wild Wings that doesn't double fry wings because they are a very... "busy" location? Welp this is the place for you! The bartender jacked up our order...and gave us some excuse that this locationcannot double get wings because it's a busy location but there were a total of 9 people in this whole place. The dang wait,hostess, and cook staff outnumbered the number of patreons. Don't believe the lies or the hype. This place is not worth yourtime!! Try your luck at another BWWs or go to another place that serves wings if you are having cravings. Read more
So disappointed. We went anticipating a good burger and maybe some wings. The place was almost nightclub dark...and with... unnecessary loud music. The burger was nothing like burgers we've had there in the past. Smallish hamburger wet with condiments.And of course...with the lights down...you couldn't even see if the meat was cooked properly. We won't bother to go back. Twodifferent sets of parents had babies with them. I would be concerned for their hearing. BTW a dark setting is to hide a dirtyenvironment. Read more
