It was a ok to considering it was my first time. The only thing I didn't like was that the people who invented me said they had... a bad experience on a different day. It was a older gentleman and his two sons. One of his son's is special needs. So when theywere walking up to the check out desk to purchase lanes & shoes, The girl at the front desk made a very rude comment. Loudenough that they heard it, Calling them the 3 stooges. They had been visiting for a few weekends already. So I'm guessing she'sbeen seeing them arrive before. When they heard that it made the father of the boy's really upset & offended. Like they nevergave anyone trouble. They pay in full and don't bother anyone. Just because one of the sons is special needs she felt likesaying something like that. Like the boy's are very well mannered, and behaved. They don't act in any kind of way different thananyone else. I honestly wouldn't have continued to go back. But I wasn't there on that occasion that it happened.And didn't nountil that day. After learning of it, I do remember how they seemed very uncomfortable approaching the counter. As I walked into the facility I was greeted with a smiling and welcoming employee named Katelyn. She was knowledgeable and very... helpful when it came to all the questions I had. The best service was provided for our birthday party! I definitely recommend you reserve ahead of time to ensure you have a good... table if you're expecting a lot of people.
