It's a shame that their service is so terrible because the tea is usually fairly good. I ordered a tea and they put the wrong... type of tapioca in it so I asked that they make it right and they said that it was my fault for not double checking to make surethat they had got the order right. Stuff like this is usually a simple fix but the employee in the red glasses tried to tell mejust to take the tea and be happy with it. They also remade it wrong I had asked for half sugar and I watched them dump fourgiant scoops in. It's a shame that this place is gone downhill so much it definitely makes me not want to come back.
