The food was amazing. My wife had the charcuterie board and I had the braised short ribs. The ribs literally melted in your... mouth and the candied carrots were something new to me and were delicious. The best part about this place is the staff. First time at Bliss on a Saturday evening. Had a reservation and was seated promptly. Great service and lively busy vibe. Had a... glass of the Fragile Rose, lovely delicate wine. Very tasty oysters sliders, flaky biscuit. The Branzino was FANTASTIC! I wouldand will come back for that dish, flavorful, light, citrusy with crunchy bits. To keep it short and sweet, this place lives up to it's name. The food was delicious and the service was on point. Outdoor... dining available with fans. Our server was very knowledgeable and truly made our visit a full dining experience. They did offersome items that were off menu. Absolutely Delicious!! The service was top notch and the food was AMAZING! Our server made wonderful suggestions based on our... answers to her questions. We had the Braised Beef Rib and it just melted in your mouth. Everything was so good includingdessert. My husband had the Butter Cake and I had the Triple Chocolate Bar (flourless cake). So good we almost forgot to takepictures. The atmosphere is a mixture of modern elegance and they had free parking on site. We highly recommend this place, itmay be expensive but worth every penny!
