The food was good. The gentlemen at the counter who took our order was super nice and good. The restaurant could have been... cleaner. I did ask the gentlemen cleaning the tables to clean my chair. Came and gave this a try thinking since it was part owned by bill millers it might not be half bad. I ordered a Shrimp Cocktail... thinking it would be just that a cocktail and what I received was 5 cold shrimps ,one small baby slice of avocado with 2 smallends of lettuce, I?m confused is this a salad That I didn?t order but they called this a shrimp cocktail when they brought it tome , over all I?m not recommending. I was starving yesterday. Hadn't had anything to eat all night and day amd we chose to come here for my 1st meal after my... surgery. I got home ravished only ro find I didn't even have half a container of my side of beans. Really? Yall being stingylike the beams come out yalls paycheck. Pay attention. Did yall run out??? Food was real good. Service was good. Friendly staff. Service could be a little better. Staff at counter did not offer... condiments like tartet sauce, ketchup, Hot sauce. We will return. I do recommend this place for a quick bite. I do like the factthat I saw the staff constantly cleaning. Read more

Service was good, food came out decently fast. Orders were correct. Flavor of everything was good, but it seemed like the... coleslaw had changed a little. Recent menu changes put all the plates into the same price range. Fried oysters were completelyremoved from the menu. Portion sizes on the plates were good. I've never been to this location on Rigsby. However, am I glad I did!! I always check to make sure overly used, frying oil... isn't being served to me. One can tell by the color of the batter on a fish. Give credit where credit is due, I always say.Every thing on my plate was outstanding, except for the charcoal beans, they were barely warm. Other than that, the #3, 2 pc codfish with onion rings (perfectly seasoned and fried) and the charro beans were awesome! The plate also came with a hush puppy, apiece of buttered bread, and a drink. I ,thoroughly, enjoyed the meal. It was delicioso y sabroso!!! Perhaps the higher powersthat be can add a new item to the menu, fish soup! Great job to the management and hard working staff. Read more
