Well we expect better from Bill Miller?s - my 82 yr old Dad drive through a few min ago - asked for extra pickles and onions... (didn?t get any) and specifically asked for no whip cream on the pumpkin pie he was bringing to my Mom - recovering from hipsurgery. It?s a total mess barely any whip cream on the pie - it?s all over the container. I?ll be by in a few min to get hispickles and onions. It shouldn?t be that hard though seriously ?! I love Bill Millers since I was a kid. Came home from Dallas and that place is the first place that I stop at. I waited over 15... mins in the parking lot and had to go in twice. They were unorganized, didn?t make the pancakes I ordered and the tortilla toone of my tacos was hard. I didn?t ask to impress me but treat me like a regular customer in decent timing. I only gave a extrastar cause I have respect for Bill Miller. But that location needs some coaching on the morning manager on Sunday. Cause thatwas a bad experience. Read more
I'm very aware how much food costs have gone up but their prices are ridiculous especially for sub par barbecue. We bought a... gallon of beans and a gallon of potato salad and they charged us $51.92, absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back. Read more
It is a hit or miss with this location, either it is really busy or there isn't anyone there. One time I ordered my food from... their app for pickup and I ordered a chicken breast but got a thigh instead, I did call and the manager was very nice and wantedme to get my chicken breast but I had told him that I would go another day and he said that was fine. I was so happy when we walked in fir dinner. The place e was open, you went through a serving line not a kiosk, the lady behind... the counter treated us so well. Amazing. Ordered 2 lean brisket breakfast tacos and order was half good. One taco was hard inedible scrap meat and not lean and the other... taco was fine. 50% success rate isn't cutting it when Ipaid 100% of my bill. Read more
