Went through the drive through and ordered one chicken sandwich they said it will be a couple min and park. So I did and waited... 6 min before coming inside and asked about my 1 sandwich and they forgot about it and now im waiting for one sandwich. Waste of25 min for 1 sandwich Read more
I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was so salty...and I like salt, so it was too salty even for me. One of my sides was... Cole slaw and it looked old and was limp and not crunchy. I cannot believe I waited 30 minutes in line for this. Read more
If I could give a separate rating for JUST the staff, it would be a five star review. They're phenomenal and definitely did... everything they could to elevate the experience, but it wasn't enough to overcome the mediocre food. Kind employees but bummed about my sandwich. I asked for no pickles, and my first bite was a nasty surprise.
Food was good but employees don't know how to follow requests. Asked the cashier if I could pay for my order together but get... one of the items Togo and I would let them know when I was ready for that plate to be made that way it was hot and fresh when Iwas leaving but didn't need to charge my card twice, they said we could 100% do that. However that plate was brought out withour food and I told them again that I didn't want it till I was leaving, then then bagged it and brought it out again and I hadto explain to the manager how I didn't want it made till we were leaving. Apparently the cashier didn't ring it right orsomething. But I do drive out of my way to eat as this location cause the food is always good. Read more
Ordered a lean brisket & potato taco in the drive-thru. Receipt agrees with that. Had a bacon potato and cheese taco when I... opened the bag at work. 3rd visit to this location since I've moved. 1st time they had no brisket, 2nd was good. This was 3rd.All 3 were same order. I am not loving this location. It's getting difficult to maintain this habit. Read more
