Trying to find options for eating fast food that are heart and diabetic friendly can be difficult but at Bill Miller it was easy... for a change. I had the new Turkey and gravy plate with their signature green beans and dressing which was unbelievably moistand delicious! Hubby had the salad delight with 1/4 grilled chicken. His only complaint and I agree, their salad keeps gettingsmaller and smaller basically it's a side salad size. They use much more shallow containers which give you the illusion it's thesame size as years ago. The young man working behind the counter was polite and helpful. I noticed all employees seem veryhappy and they all greeted every customer who entered. Many knew the regular customers by name. I saw the manager on dutywalking the dining room and helping behind the counter. Very clean restaurant and pleasant environment. I was thoroughlypleased we chose them for a late Saturday lunch. Bills used to be my go to, loved the #1 Poor Boy Meal. Quality of food and service has drastically changed. The food is... terrible, meats are usually dry and barely eatable, portions minimized. Couldn't finish my last meal, went in the trash. Theservice is not as sharp as it was. Wrong items, missing items... Workers look & act uninterested. .. then again all the foodindustry has seemed to have that problem post COVID. Haven't gone back, don't plan to any time soon. Read more

Give it 2 starts only because the food was good. Downside was my pancakes took long to come out, finished my other food waiting,... then my bf went to ask how much longer and my pancakes were just sitting on the counter. Again the food was delicious up until Ifound a hair on my pancake, it was small but noticeable. Not sure if it was a nose hair or eyelash, either way it grossed meout. I understand that gloves are not used to prepare the food but if you pick your nose please wash your hands next time yougrab the bacon and put on top of my pancakes. Read more
Ordered 2 pc chicken w/mac and cheese. Had my refillable restaurant cup. Came out to about $6. Decent food. Employees always... friendly. I think they should hold the door open for the mobility impaired and elderly when leaving though as I don't alwayshave the opportunity. Read more

I've been to Bill miller's in the past and it's always been just ok but I stopped by today and I can't believe how bad it has... gotten. Their prices have gone up and the food is getting smaller and smaller. First of all their BBQ is the McDonald's ofBBQ...in other words you can find many other BBQ joints much better. Their only appeal is they are a fast food restaurant.That's exactly what I did today stopped by to pick up some brisket because I was in a hurry. They are now cutting the brisketinto small skinny strips. The price has gone up but now you're getting less food. I know they don't care because they have somuch business but I won't be stopping there anymore. Read more
Our daughter thought the presents were REAL!LOL She tried rummaging through them and we told her to stop n sit down...the... cashier came over and we tried to scare her saying "the ladies getting mad" hurry she's coming over here... But then thecashier said Santa doesn't bring gifts to children who peek in presents lol so we all had a good chuckle as she fixed thepresents in order again...I wish I got her name she was so sweet. We came in about 2pm on a Thursday dec.3 rd a Friday I believeif that helps. We had a great lunch. My wife likes marble meat and I like the breast! We're talking brisket n chicken herepeople...even had some pie for dessert. Everything was hot n fresh and we ate at a reasonable price for three. Average Cost wasabout $30-40 bucks. Plenty of parking, clean dining area, and clean restrooms. This was a repeat visit and we will be backagain...the Xmas decorations were nice btw Read more
