Arrived at the drive thru at 6:29am and the lights turned on at 6:31. Continued to wait for someone to take my order was ignored... until I left at 6:36. Personnel inside could clearly see me at the drive thru wich supposedly opened at 6:00am but did nothing.Thanks for waiting my time. Will never come back... Read more
This location for me is notorious for wrong orders or cold food. My brisket biscuit was not as I ordered. The biscuit was so... cold that the butter or grease they use to make it was sticking to the roof of my mouth. The brisket had little hard bits whichwas exactly what I asked them not to do...ugh! Employees and food are good. They just didn't have the brown bread at the condiment bar. Missed that. Sausage is good but not... as great as when they have a dark well done link around. I would eat there more if they served WHEAT bread also instead of theraw taste in white bread. The tortillas would also taste better if they would at least brown them. Ordered curbside p/u My order wasn?t found so we had to reorder. Went home then noticed bread had mold. Called them went back... waited a bit then they finally gave me a new loaf of bread that?s it not even an apology nor thank you from the same cashier. Iasked for a manager who seemed apologetic that?s it. Then I told the cashier that I wanted to place another 10 pc chicken order.I waited 15 mins asked about my order their response was chicken does take a while I said yes I understand but a courtesy headsup would?ve been nice. I asked for a refund the cashier said did you bring the chicken back I said no ma?am I placed an orderand still haven?t received it. The same cashier had attitude this whole. This store has awful customer service. Managers andcashiers need customer service skills training. The worst service I?ve ever received at a Bill Miller restaurant. Read more

Horrible customer service How are you Marissa going to send out a open box of chicken exposed to go. I know togo orders are... bagged Togo. We did spend 36 dollars on our order just to have it thrown at us. Then we still had to wait for the other halfthat was not prepared along with our chicken.
