I ordered a #4 . I 2 was charged for an extra Chicken tender that I didn't order. Cashier said the #4 only comes with 3 strips... and I got 4. When I advised I didn't order an extra strip well you got one and it's extra. So I paid the $11 for 4 Luke warmstrips old cold fries and a Sweet tea. What a rip off. Read more
I can go to bitters and be treated fairly...... I can go to Perrin beitel and get treated fairly.. I go to thousand oaks and... bamm.... Non caring attitude flows from within these walls..... Walk in to order They GLANCE AT YOU AND STAY 15 FEET FROM YOUSTARING AT THEIR PHONES! WORST MANAGEMENT SEEN ! food is not the problem! Service is! I order go home wrong items ! Getback in car go back .. assistant manager remakes my order.. trusting I dealt with management directly I trusted he was able tocorrect problem... Drive back home ... Nope left out my kids brownie.. .kids crying... I'm upset 2 chances given.... Drive backthere 3rd Time.... Same guy said yes Sir.... I lost my temper as he smirks at me ... I said screw this ! So, I've realized the customer service here is absolutely atrocious and the insult to intelligence, it's mind-blowing. You think... you're smarter than people? Sending 2 self size portions, is equal to a quart.....that barely equals a pint. If any manager fromthis store or anyone in corporate wishes to speak to me on this, drop an email in the response. A business is a reflection of the manager who runs it, I am so dissatisfied with my delivery order. I feel the manager at this... location should learn some things from the Perrin Beitel location. My carne guisada tacos had about 3 pieces of meat in them,the tortilla was so dry falling apart. The chicken sandwich was dry and sloppy prepared. The fries were cold as if they weresitting for awhile. I would have gone in my own car and returned my order if I wasn?t in a cast. Your customers are hoping toget something handled with care, NOTHING WAS! It perturbs me I spent the money and received the most terrible food . As manageryou should do more at looking at your orders going out, so you can better train your employees to better prepare the quality andpackaging. If you have any dignity you would refund me my order (Olga Garza)which 3/4 of it went into the trash and wasn?tedible. This is what reviews are for so your establishment can do BETTER! My husband and I once loved this restaurant and ate there frequently. Recently it?s become such a disappointment. The last 4... times we?ve ordered to go the order has been wrong. Today, I ordered the single meat with two sides. BBQ chicken, potato saladand green beans. This is what was served. Also, notice the tiny serving sizes. I?ve learned to open the paper bag they hand youand check the meal before moving out which I feel bad about because anyone behind me is then delayed even longer. Boy it?s not like it used to be. The poorboy bread was stale and the fries were old too. The tables were dirty and the trash... cans were so full we couldn?t put up our trash. The hand sanitizers were empty too. This Bill Millers has really gone down.C?mon man? it used to be my go to place for bbq. Read more
So thankful for them as we had two family get togethers and we're in charge of one. The Turkey and fixings were as good as... anything I could have done. I recommend them and will use them again. Read more
