The entire dining room which is right next to where you order was kept clean by the staff, regularly checked, and the tables... were bussed and wiped down. I have not eaten at Bill Miller's in quite a while, inside the store. I forgot that they pick upyour trays after you leave. I did see one large garbage can beside the dining area, but not obtrusive. My only comment aboutthat is that they should make sure that that garbage can never gets too full! All three of us had the three piece chicken andfries and tea combo for less than $9 and it was excellent! I totally like Rudy's barbecue sauce far better than Bill Miller'sversion, but I kind of like the spicy flavor of Rudy's! Bill Millers does a good job of keeping the outside parking lot veryclean as well. I also like the fact that they refilled my tea for free. I would gladly recommend this place for a bite to eatanytime! They share a parking lot with Wendy's restaurant right beside them, and between the two restaurants the parking lot wasclean. Read more
Have always liked their food but lately it seems like the fries are refried to warm up. Taste overdone and not like the usual... fluffy potatoes. Portions have gotten smaller. Chicken at times have extra extra breading and lines have grown to about a 20minute wait.. but I still love their tea!! Read more
Night crew was very rude , as soon as we walked in the girls at register were rolling their eyes rushing me while I was... ordering. The manager was allowing these girls to talk to customers unprofessionally as well , he stood next to them lettingthese rude little girls talk to customers very rudely. I used to love coming here back in the day but with the constant change in managers over the years, the quality in the food is... really going down and even worse, prices are increasing so it doesn't justify paying it. My main gripe are the chicken strips. Iusually order a number 4 + an extra strip, however this location isn't defrosting the chicken properly, they're throwing it infrozen after they've been battered because they shrink in size and they come out looking like shrimp. So me and my wife love looking at the cooking channel and we know Texas is famous for there bbq. So our Uber driver suggested... this place Bill Miller omg when I tell you this is the worst bbq I have ever taste in my life that’s an understatement. Firstoff all we spent 55 dollars for two meals so I’m expecting it to taste really good no our bbq chicken wasn’t done and ittaste like somebody spilled propane gas all over it as well as our pull pork and to top it off later on that night me and mywife was sick!!!!!!!!. Our son had the chicken meal and he stated I would of prefer some Popeyes chicken over this. We werereally disappointed so we our gonna make another trip there and find some real bbq because this place not it . And it’s reallyshocking because our time there I seen so many Bill Miller establishment’s and I don’t know why the food was so horrible Ican’t stress that enough. I know you guy’s don’t bbq that meat on the grill if you do you using a propane tank becausethat’s all our food taste like run from this place if you ever visit Texas trust. Read more
My son and I stopped in at Bill Miller's for dinner. I have never been a big fan of the restaurant and would not consider myself... a regular. I have never really enjoyed their barbeque. I do however enjoy their fried chicken, chicken tenders and fries. I havevisited the restaurant twice in the matter of one week which have further cemented why I don't frequent the establishment. Todaywas no exception. I ordered the special of the day which was a 2 piece chicken, fries and a drink. The cost was $5.95 plus tax.Happy to pay it, but as I said before I really enjoy their fried chicken. So I asked the young lady working the cash register togive me the special and add an extra piece of chicken. She rings up the extra piece of chicken and guess how much one extrapiece of chicken was going to cost? $3.05 which is a little more than half the cost of the special I just ordered. And to makematters worse the 3 piece chicken is $8.35. The cost of an extra piece of chicken should maybe be a $1.50 to $2.00. $3.05 issimply unreasonable. I will never eat at Bill Miller's again and if you like eating at this establishment, stop going there. Iwould have to say they are price gouging. Read more
I ordered the turkey family setup for Thanksgiving. All I got for turkey were scraps!! And the turkey was way too peppery. Last... year the turkey was tasty and we actually got slices of turkey, not scraps. Very disappointed. Read more
