I paid $21.33 for 1 pound of brisket & the young kid at the window gave me a 2 piece chicken with fries. What the heck is going... on here that they don't pay attention to the customer?? I called & the morning manager Consuelo says that at closing time thingslike this always happen. Well replace the manager if they're not supervising their employees!! I had gone thru the drive thru placed my order got gone to realize they got it wrong.. called and they offered to replace at... future date... but when it came to serving my chicken to my 10yr old son..I noticed immediately something was very wrong.. thechicken still had feathers in it ..???????????? Went there for lunch drive thru ordered # 6 salad with Turkey got back to work place. Worst lunch I have had, can't believe they... served dried over heated burnt food like that! Wrangler plate with sweet tea. They also have unsweetened tea. I do just wish some of the plates weren't so pricey.
