To start with, we walked in to order. The restaurant was pretty empty except for one other person who the young manager was... visiting with. We waited for a good 15-20 before the young manager finally came to get our order. So we go sit down to wait forour food. Now the manager is talking to a couple of people at the table all while we are seeing him go to the bottom of hispants to roll them up. He then sneezes and wipes his nose with his bare hands and never went to wash his hands. By that time I'mdisgusted with what we are seeing. The food was disgusting not even edible! I order over $40 worth of food and was disappointed with the quality of it! They even... missed some of the items I ordered. The brisket was bland and sausage like rubber. I ordered bean cheese tacos they wereliterally bean tacos. The age old question "what can I get started for you?" Me: a #6 with turkey, itialan dressing and a sweet tea, please. I... absolutely love Bill Miller salads. Go ahead and fight me and tell me no, there are better salads out there. I love thecombination of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, bacon and cheese. It's in a fitting container and it is always a nice coolmeal to enjoy on a hot sunny day! Now I have watch the price increase on the salad and I am still very faithful on paying forit. Recently, the price went up and is now $9 almost $10.00 for thr combo. I didn't mind, but what I do mind is how much smallerthe salads are getting and less fresh. I like salads to have lots of color! Bright leafy greens and crisp cucumbers. All I'mgetting now is less green, the white of the lettuce and soggy cucumbers. Yes, I know it's a bbq place. They specialize inbrisket, sausage, fried chicken and fattening gravy/bbq sauce. Which I don't care for. But for the tiny percent of people who doeat salads from here, going a little extra on the greens means a lot to us. It's the little things. Who wants to eat a soggy,all lettuce hearts salad?? We went to this location for dinner pick up. We had to wait for our food in the parking lot. No biggy. When we arrived home,... the order was wrong but the receipt was correct. We called and the manager offered a replacement. The worst part was the side ofbeans were spoiled. The beans had a bad smell and the taste was really bad. This one was less flavorful and less dense. The sausage link goes flat when you try cutting itor to take a bite. Inside you will see less meat, more air-spacing. Too bad. Read more
