The rudest wait staff and took over 30 minutes for chicken that never came out. Only plus was that we were able to get a refund.... They were also lying to customers saying that there was only chicken available when I saw an employee bring a whole brisket outfrom the back. Read more

They tried to serve me a nasty soggy chicken sandwich. Employees don't care. I asked the employee if he would eat the sandwich... he served me and he said no. I have contacted their corp office many times and NEVER get a resolution. This fiasco cost me 1/3of my lunch break. NEVER AGAIN. I demanded a refund and left. Read more

Came to this location and Vanessa, i... believe their name was, did an awesome job not only making sure everything was right but anticipating our needs before we'reeven asked. Ordered tacos and biscuits for breakfast. With a large sweet tea of course. Everything was delicious and the restraunt was... clean. Expect for the ladies room, that my with reported to an employee. Overall good food reasonably priced. Read more
We stopped to get drinks. We were in line for 10 prior to getting to the window. Then we were told by the rude young girl that... we needed to circle back around and get in line because we didn't properly order. She never turn to even look at us just decideto talk facing the registrar. When we told her all we need was 4 drinks she rolled her eyes and said we needed to leave herwindow as she "REAL ORDERS" to give customers and we can pull to the front and come inside. My husband asked her if she canspeak to her manager bit she insisted to tell him to move. I had to tell her we were not moving unless we spoke to her managerfor her to slam the window shut and take another 2 minutes for someone to tell us he would go outside to take our order. Thisperson took another 2 minutes for him to come over to take our drink order. At the end we order 3 Arnold Palmers and a coffee.We got 3 drinks that we could not even drink!
