My chicken sandwich was cold and my ice was melted almost completely in my tea. I stop at Bill Millers all over San Antonio and... the surrounding area quite often and I wished they were all consistent with their food. Read more
The rudest wait staff and took over 30 minutes for chicken that never came out. Only plus was that we were able to get a refund.... They were also lying to customers saying that there was only chicken available when I saw an employee bring a whole brisket outfrom the back. Read more

They tried to serve me a nasty soggy chicken sandwich. Employees don't care. I asked the employee if he would eat the sandwich... he served me and he said no. I have contacted their corp office many times and NEVER get a resolution. This fiasco cost me 1/3of my lunch break. NEVER AGAIN. I demanded a refund and left. Read more
