Went through Drive Thru- ordered 4 Breakfast Plates and 4 Teas...Get to window and they have 1 Plate and 4 Teas. I let them... know i ordered FOUR plates, she said well im only charged for 1...ok, lets correct the simple mistake- outside the math that iordered 4 teas with 1 plate? anyway=- She apologised and said it will take 4 minutes for eggs to cook- Ok, No problem- Shehad me pull to front of store and wait...and wait....and wait. After 15 minutes i walked inside- Asked this one lady if shecould check on my order- She walked back and came back by me 2 x and then disappeared in an office and never told me the status! I waited another 5 minutes and asked another young lady if she could check on my order. She then came back and said they arewaiting on the hashbrowns to cook Be 5 minutes- Anyway, a total 0f 40 minutes in drive thru and in front of store beforeorder was completed. I ordered 2 cowboy breakfasts that the sign says come with bacon. Instead i got that awful greasy sausage. When i called the... manager all he did was argue with me instead of making it right with me. He said that it comes with sausage even though thesign says bacon. I will never go to another Bill Miller again. What happened to the customer is right. I hope morepeople boycott Bill Miller when they dont get what they ordered. Bad experience. Read more
I don't know, but here lately it just hasn't been hittin' right. Seems like they're rushing their orders and making mistakes.... I've had to go back for items they forgot on a number of occasions and now they've stopped offering mountain dew the only Pepsiproduct I actually liked. If you want good BBQ skip bill miller's. It's the fast food of BBQ and you get what you pay for. Read more
I had a really nice cashier that took my order. For the most part I always have gotten great customer service. People don't... understand how hard it is when you are under staff and it's not enough employees there. They are doing the best they can butsome customers can be really rude. Read more
