On this occasion expectations were not met, however, the team still gets four stars for recovery, team work and customer... service. I ordered online for pickup, arrived on time and they said they didn't have my order. Then my phone notifies me theorder is ready. I ordered almost an hour prior at this time. The team got into action to get the order ready. No apologized butdid communicate there was an error. This added an additional 15 minutes to wait. Once food was ready, everything in the orderwas there and it was delicious! Note to self, don't come here to order when you and a family of 5 are hungry, plan way ahead.Food will be fresh and tasty but there will be a wait. Read more
I went in the morning for breakfast tacos and with my order I paid for a refill using my Bill Miller's tan yeti style cup. I got... my tacos and when I grabbed my bag and turned around to give her my cup she closed the window on me and didn't even say thanks.I tried flagging her down and even honked but nope she just walked away. I go inside finally and I started telling them girl atthe To go area and who walks over? The same girl who was working the window. I told her nicely that she forgot to get my cup formy refill and that she closed the window on me. All she said was do you want ice or no? I was like you know if you're in a badmood or don't like your job please don't take it out on me. She says sarcastically oh sorry and hands me my cup and again walkedoff with no emotion. This is a chain restaurant. It's fast food style. Order at the counter and they put it on your tray. I had hot links and... brisket. The brisket had good flavor and a nice smoke ring. But it was dry and not very tender. Other than that it was goodfood. Read more
