My first time at this location and last . $6.30 for a bowl of juice ???? I was so excited to try the soup ?. Reading through... these reviews looks like everyone?s have issues with this location , seems like laziness .. coming back to add onto this post Ibought Mac & cheese too and it had random bits of meat or something in it . I can't believe the measly amount of the sides for the price. My green beans were half full and mostly liquid. Food is still... pretty consistently tasty from one location to the next. That's almost unheard of anymore and I appreciate that. Read more
Prices are up, ok prices are up everywhere. But quality and portion size has gone downhill big time ????. Chicken strips were... tiny, and all crunch no meat. 1/4 chicken size was so small it looked like it came off a quail or something not a chicken. Read more

A complete disappointment. The server decided to save a small container and mixed the green beans with the brisket. What a mess!... Ordered dessert, which was not included. Fortunately the girl taking the order did not charge for it, so she in a way helped mydiet and my pocket. The Bandera and Wurzbach location is, so far, a much better option, with better service and the expectedplates and flavors. Read more
I?m for lunch. Orders a 1/2 lbs brisket, 1/4 lbs sausage and tea. Total was $15.59. Kind of surprised. I usually get a 2 or... 3 meat plate with sides and I don?t remember it being much more than this, I think it may have been less. Service was fast,staff was friendly and upbeat. The brisket actually tastes smoky which is a nice change when I have eaten at other BillMiller?s. Usually the brisket just seems oven cooked without a smoky taste. Condiments were next to the register, not out inthe dining area as I have seen at other Bill Miller?s. Overall a good lunch. I would recommend. Read more
Typically good & respectful of requests when ordering LEAN brisket. Likely a new person working or someone just in the mood to... be a jerk. I ordered 1/2 a pound & it was way more fat than I have ever received. Even big chunks of it. I took out my foodscale & wow. 2 ounces of fat, gross. (Scale tare used) I know everything is bigger in Texas but I'd prefer it not be my waist.That much fat is unhealthy for anyone. Read more
