Amazing food, but above all the customer service is excellent at this location. I give 10 stars to Angelique and her manager... who took my order with the upmost respect, patience and efficiency. The Bill Miller breakfast plate was very good. The staff was disorganized and not working together. Therefore we had to wait to... order until they figured out who knew how to work the register. Then the food we ordered was delivered fast by the same ladythat took our order. That same lady also cleaned the counters, then brewed fresh coffee. She never stopped working! As I've said before, Bill miller's Bar-B-Q is the best for fast food. This location is a bit difficult, only cause of the... traffic around it's area. Arriving, and leaving, you will experience traffic. In my opinion, absolutely worth it, for the staffhere doesn't rush, and so far no mistakes in any of my orders. We have been here several times but always thru the drive thru for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Today, August 22nd we dined in... for breakfast. The food has always been ok, not great, not fantastic but not bad. Today they were not at all busy and thepancakes were just above room temperature and pretty dry. The sausage was barely warm and way over cooked to the point of beinghard and crusty. The coffee was pretty week. Read more
The food is not bad in my opinion. What really sucks is when we order delivery they almost almost always forget the hot sauce. I... mean ... How do you forget hot sauce when we ordered 9 tacos and each taco had the hot sauce selection. It sucks when you expectto get everything you ordered and items are missing. Read more
Went through the drive thru, ordered a three piece chicken and a rancher plate. They kept telling me that they only have a two... piece. After many attempts and reading the menu, they realize they have a three piece chicken, just not the special. Prices area bit pricey. Read more
Disappointing, Disappointed?.??????????? Went to Bill Millers on Culebra, though in this situation I am sure they are all the... same. So I saw the sign said Brisket Mac N cheese so I said why not sounds good. But it?s all deceiving. Yes it?s full of Mac Ncheese, the problem is in a pint of Brisket Mac N cheese you get approximately 3 tablespoons of Brisket???? Therefore you paying$8.50 for instant Mac N cheese. You have to do better than that Bill Miller. They don?t even try to hide it. They just put thetablespoons right on top. And the taste was mediocre nothing to get excited about. Awful!!! In town visiting family. Visited this location on 11/22/2022. Spent $50 for lunch and never been so disappointed. ... The brisket and chicken was DRY. Both were smothered in sauce. The sauce taste like canned tomato sauce. Green beans alsosmothered in sauce. Which I could recover my money. Read more
