This place is ridiculous. This is the worst Barbecue (BBQ) sandwich I have ever had in my life. I researched this place and what... they do is use all the scraps they cut off as part of the BBQ chop beef sandwiches. This sandwich was all mostly fat and tasteddisgusting. Took one bite and threw away. Look at the picture. Why can't this company deliver a great product like other BBQestablishments. It looks like trash. Very disappointing. I like going to this location cause my food is always hot. But the wait times are something else. They almost always lose my... ticket and because of this I end up waiting for 20 to 30 for my order. Read more
Wouldn't leave any stars but had to pick one to post my review. Horrible service. I waited 30 minutes for a 15 piece chicken,... only so that the unprofessional staff could give my order to the wrong vehicle. Then the guy laughed about it, throwing hishands in the air and saying, oh well, not my fault there was 2 same vehicles. Which were not even the same. Same make butdifferent model. Spoke to the manager and all she could say was, ummm this order went out. Yeah, it went out to the wrongperson. She gave me my refund, but she didn't try to even fix the situation. Bad management and unprofessional staff. Ifthey're gonna make u wait for an order, they need a better process at identifying who ordered what and who the order belongsto!!! Read more
This restaurant is terrible for getting your order right. Nine out of 10 times that I go there my order is all wrong when I get... it. I?m sure they can read and write. Otherwise they wouldn?t be working there so they need to understand orders by the time Iget home the order is wrong who feel like driving to the other side of town correct in it. ( I work down the street from thisstore, And then when you try to call nobody ever answer the phone. I will not be returning to this location. The food was overpriced and not worth the money. The customer service was not that... great it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was waiting to order. And then it seemed like they didn't evenknow their own n process. I ordered the chopped bbq meat sandwich with hash browns, fries, and brownies. It was more fat than meat and the sauce was... horrible. The hash browns were hard and over cooked. I was given a dinner roll and not sandwich bread. To be honest: thebrownies were the only thing that tasted good. Soft, chewy and filled with pecans. I won?t ever step foot into another billmillers and this is coming from a Memphis tn BBQ lover. Read more
Ordered the chicken special which was mixed but I got one white meat and the rest all dark. They have done this already three... times to me. Knowing that prices went up. I don't know if they are lacking worker's or if they are not being trained as to whatthe chicken pieces are. So before you leave with your order I advise you to check it... Read more
Ordered a pint of soup and got mostly liquid, 1 smal cube of beef and minimal rice. Definitely not worth the $6.50 and it was... just the beginning of the lunch hour. Making my own or going to the Mexican restaurant down the street to get some real caldo. Read more
