Went to dinner and I've never had a bad experience there but the food was awful. My food was cold and the fries were not fresh.... And the tenders were extremely hard. My hunny complained and all they wanted to do was give us a pie ????... That wasn't even myfood it's was my 6years old niece. I hope they get better on this situation. Read more
I myself love the food it's like a guilty pleasure in fast food. The service is atrocious at this location as it took almost 10... minutes to explain i needed a to go container for my food. I prepaid my order and arrived at curbside and they never bothered to bring our order after 2 phone calls and a 15 min wait for... my order as i sat there looking at my order as no one bothered to even look at it to see where it belong To make matter worsethey didn't even bother to give us any utensils la eat. The food is always served fresh and it tastes delicious. The tea here is really good and it's almost a Texas legend because of... great the flavor. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is really clean inside. You can't go wrong with stopping by BillMillers for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Read more
Once again I went to Bill Miller's against my better judgement because I didn't want to get chicken tenders from Raising Cane's... again and of course this by far was the worst visit. They sold us chicken tenders but they were the size of chickennuggets. I'm not sure what is going on with this long standing San Antonio staple, but like most restaurants they have tocharge more for their product but they are provide half the product. I think it's time the Bill Miller family sold this businessand got out of the food service industry and allow an owner to buy it that cares about serving a quality product for areasonable price. Maybe the company that purchased Whataburger can buy Bill Miller's. Read more

Food taste great in time but, the cost has gone up way to high. Gravy sometimes cold, fries not fresh and service can take a... little bit. Not sure when I'll be going back but, other customers don't seem to mind the high prices. Read more
