My wife's salad looked like it was 3 days old. And the pumpkin pie didn't taste go like it was old also
Went inside to pick up a tea refill and sides to go on 9/29/22 at 2:30pm. I truly hope Mariah is okay, she seemed to be having a... bad day. When I got there I was just looked at and had to initiate a ?hello?, maybe she was in awe of my presence, after all, Ido identify as ?strikingly handsome?. Anyways, when I got my bucket refill it had big red or another red drink on the lid andeven inside. When I brought it to her attention she gave the perception that I was hassling her, without offering a sorry or a?no problem I?ll fix it?. This is my go to location and have never had an issue. I normally love Bill miller's. The tea was great! Which has been slacking lately to be honest. The food, could have been better.... Kids meal with tenders included clumpy,unappealing gravy. No rolls in the dining room. Chicken was good. I got the regularplate. Brisket was hard and tough, almost inedible. For the price I was very disappointed. Read more
I know now the reason why they need people. The employees talk to other employees horrible in front of customers and their... managers. There was this employee waiting in line to place his order because he was on break. He was wearing a white shirt andI?m assuming he is a new employee and the cashier just told him to sit down we will get to him and I told her he can order and Idon?t mind he was waiting for a bit. I hope that they are trained well but I guess the managers don?t care how they talk to eachother. Yeah I worked for bill millers for on and off for 6 years before breakfast started and I was a assistant manager andnever have I ever talked to an employee like the way she did. Read more
Ok so I'm dropping my Stars . I stopped coming for a while for breakfast because they were over cooking the food and being... stingy with the amount in the tacos. I went back today and the tortillas were all cold,the egg was hard and dry on one side likeplastic. I took one bite to my taco and it broke in half. That's an old tortilla,and definitely not warmed up. The sausage wasdiced now into smaller pieces, I wound up making a tortilla at home and putting egg and saying it from the old taco. Of course Igot yelled at from my husband for going back,and I should have made breakfast at home. We paid $25 for cold,small tacos! I wantmy money back!!! Read more
I ordered the #7 combo with no onions which is 2 Sandwiches. They told me they were using a different bread I was ok with that.... But the size difference is astounding? these are the size of small rolls or sliders. There is barely any meat in them and thereare onions on them too. I?m very disappointed. They closed at 5 for Christmas Eve and I ordered at 4:30 so I wasn?t able to callback and get a refund or new order. But there is no excuse for them to the throw food in a bag and serve it to people. I will becalling tomorrow. If the food is smaller, the price shouldn?t be the same. Because literally my food looked squished and thrownat a wall and then shoved into a paper bag. Also my husband ordered a number 3. The brisket plate. They put the green beans ontop of the small two slices of brisket. We?ve complained before about the small size of brisket and they?ve fixed it in the pastwhich is why he still orders it. But the green beans were few.. I?m talking like 8 pieces of green beans. I ordered #3 Reg Brisket plate with Mac and cheese, beans, and potatoe salad with a sweet tea. I was hungry and was looking... forward to eating some good brisket with tasty sides. I paid $12.94. When I opened the package and used my fork to eat a pieceof meat. The meat was paper thin and did not taste like anything, There were 2 pieces of brisket and BOTH pieces were paperthin. I wanted to taste the flavor of brisket so I folded both pieces and put them in the roll (like a slider) but even whenthe brisket was folded in the roll it still did NOT taste like anything close to meat. I am so disappointed with my dinner. I amjust about done with Bill Miller restaurants because my family mainly gets breakfast tacos at your restaurants and we have alsoreturned tacos due to uncooked tortillas and extra tiny tortillas with less 2 tablespoon of egg or less passed for a taco thatyour employees, managers, and owners would not accept as a quality taco! . And I am not kidding about the extra small amount ofegg served in the tacos. Disappointed again! Read more
