Worst managed Bill's I have been to. Poor boy buns are constantly dry and hard. After complaining they fix it with fresh buns .... Why can't they serve fresh all the time? When I order thin sliced brisket they never want to use the slicer . I have to makethem do it. All other locations have no problem. I was told by a manager that next time have a manager make the sandwichbecause the kids won't use the slicer. Wow. Everything at this location reflects on the poor management. Read more
Food was horrible. Not worth the price chicken was so dry u couldn't even eat it .it was Mork a Jerky chicken .salad was... horrible as well. Chopped burgers was more was more bread then meat. Spoke to manager n he didn't sound like he wanted to doanything bout it. Read more
Had been a long while since we went, ordered turkey plate and half a chicken. Was told to pull around front to wait for fresh... turkey, after we waited longer than we thought we should have to, we came home and ate very dry turkey and chicken that lookedlike it had been sitting in heat for WAY to long. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Read more

With the increased prices in BBQ you would expect quality beef. I don't mind paying premium prices for a premium product but too... many times I have gotten home only to find the majority of my beef poor boy was gristle and beef fragments (dark pieces of beefedges which have fallen off beef slices, are collected, and used as filler). I've experienced this at every single Bill Miller'sestablishment that I've ever visited throughout the years. It's a company wide quality control issue and unfortunately, prettymuch a roll of the dice. Read more
Very disappointed...came home hungry from A long drive and ordered a BBQ chicken salad. Got home and Lettuce is brown on edges... and throughout the Lettuce. They don't give you enough Lettuce anymore, they stuff the salad dressing container inside the dangcontainer so not enough salad. Tell you what Bill Miller why don't your employees just throw the roll in there too?!! Went in yesterday and ordered 9 bean and cheese tacos with bacon for my employees. When arriving to work which is in New... Braunfels, Texas we then realized no bacon inside any of the tacos. Called the location and spoke to Sofia/Sophia and sheapologized and said they must of missed it but still charged me for the bacon. She told me to go back within 30 days and theywould remake my order the right way the way I ordered it. I went back the next day only to be told they don?t serve bacon.Complete waste of time and manager refused to give me my money back or compensate me for travel or inconvenience. I would giveit 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever. Read more
It was ok. Went through the drive thu..had potato salad and beans for sides, no utensils and they also forgot my pickle and... onion bag????...however, the manager made it right for next time. I wasn't going home so the missing utensils were a "big deal" Read more
