I grew up in San Antonio, and was really looking forward to a fried chicken plate at Bill Miller's. Sadly, the chicken pieces... were super small, breast was overcooked and dry, fries were undercooked. And what happened to the wonderful Brown bread? Noneserved here. It was 9:00pm, they close at 10:00pm. We went to our hotel room to eat the sweet tea was already going bad and our beef was... mostly the outside of the brisket. We asked for marbled and got horrible hard meat!! My husband paid for a jalapeno but didn'tget it. Read more

My kids seemed to like the food. The kids meal comes with dessert. The chicken sandwich was pretty terrible. I've had it before... when it was better. But I would recommend somewhere else if you are serious about bbq. Read more

Breakfast taco side - 50 plus tries over 5 years. Consistency is rarity. More often bacon hard. tortilla stale, and brisket... dessicated. Rarely though - you'll get crispy bacon, juicy brisket, and enjoy the breakfast. Just no predicting on qualityand accuracy. Read more

Well, for those who say everything is bigger in Texas, this Bill Miller?s portions are the exception. I?ve been to others and... haven?t near as disappointed. The 3 sides that came with the Rancher meal were literally about 2-3 spoonfuls a piece and itcost almost $18! I won?t be stopping here again. Read more

Well?? I get a rare disappointing meal visit from 73. BM breakfast was unsat. Dry cold eggs and hash browns. Pancakes and bacon?... Awesome. Well? I?ll correct this by ordering a freshly cooked plate. AND, pay for the plate. Result? Same as the first???? After informing about the dissatisfaction? I was told, sorry sir. Stopped by 05-25-21 8:30pm Dinning Room was open, I placed my order on their new self serve kiosk register, which was... surprisingly very easy to use. Even getting close to closing time their food was just as hot and fresh tasting as always.Restraunt was spotless ie, tables, floors, windows etc. Still one of the Best Barbecue Restaurant in this area.
