Horrible customer service, horrible product. I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks that were cold and mess. When I called to... let them know the owner said that couldn’t be and would not acknowledge the error. He began to over talk me and hung up thephone. I called back and he became belligerent. The worst sub sandwich we’ve ever had. We couldn’t even finish them. It was smothered with mayonnaise…I mean SMOTHERED!!... That’s all you could see when you opened the wrapping up…globs of Mayo sitting on top of bread. We had to wipe off as muchas we could with napkins and that was still all you could taste in the sandwich. Also all the meat was like the meat you buy atthe grocery store…cubed ham and small packaged pepperoni…not fresh at all. Just order from here and order a Italian sub and it was not what I was expecting I order a spaghetti and meatball the noddles... was over cook and the meatball was not homemade. I’m really disappointed because I really support small business I spent 48$I should have went to Olive Garden for all that!!!!!!!!! Let’s be clear, I haven’t tried the food here. I’m give a review on a process. I, like others, received a flyer /coupons,... under my door, at the hotel. I figured I try it. I placed my order and they took my money. After about 30 minutes or so I got atext message informing me that my order had still not been confirmed by Big John’s and my order had been canceled. I got a anemail stating that my driver has picked up my food at 11:38pm. Right now as I write this review I have no food and no refund andthe place is closed. Although it’s not supposed to close until 12:30 am, according to the flyer. The website says it doesn’tclose until 1:00am. After reading the reviews I no longer want this food. I want my money back. This was a terrible experience back to front. We recieved a menu under our hotel room door, so thought we'd give it a try. After... being told a 1-hour delivery time, it was continually delayed to the point where it was 3 hours by the time we got the food. Thefinal excuse we got was that they "don't normally go out this far." Well then don't advertise that far! The food(despite claimsit had been remade) was cold and bland. Some of the most tasteless pizza we've ever had. The same verdict applies to the sidesas well. The brownies offered as recompense for the awful delay was hardly enough to console us. Worst food, burnt cold pizza, burnt calzone, hot Pepsi, took over 1.5 hrs to deliver. Didn’t get our full order, and got staff... will get belligerent on the phone. DON’T USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The owner refused to speak or even offer to complete our $71order. Trash! Read more
If I could give them 0 stars, I would give them -100 stars. Even if you happen to get a coupon from them, burn it and spend your... money literally anywhere else. Blah pizza (not a trace warmth by the time we got the them, but hey, our drinks were!) So if youlike borderline cold pizza with barely any flavor and warm drinks, go ahead and experiment. They use doordash to make theirdeliveries, so if they make a mistake or leave off an item that was on your receipt (which they called us about replacing adrink since they didn't have diet coke, and we STILL didn't get it) you'll have to go to their WEBSITE to request a refund. Based on the previous reviews, I reluctantly ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni & Canadian bacon. It's currently Thanksgiving... evening, I was hungry for something besides turkey. They took my order and gave me a 15 minute wait time, I live about 5 minutesaway. I arrived on time, pizza was hot and ready, not the best pizza but still had decent flavor and it only cost $5.78. Forwhat it is: close by, open on a major holiday, decent pie and price point, I would definitely order again. My craving issatisfied ???? ????????????????. Read more
