Came here for a small dessert on a Friday night. It was late and a chilly night, so wasn't crowded at all. Staff welcomed the... guests as they walked in and was ready to take the orders. Good thing about Baskin-Robbins is the consistency of all their 31+flavors. Walked up and ordered a double scoop consisting of Peanut Butter 'n Chocolate and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Theywere very generous with the scoops and packed it in. Similar to the flavors, the taste is always consistent. Had a goodexperience with the staff and their customer service. Maddie at the 1604 location was extremely rude to me when I asked for a refund regarding a milkshake that I had been waiting 15... minutes for. 3 separate groups came in after I had put in my order and they hadn?t even started it yet. That would?ve been fineto wait that long if they had acknowledged me when the crowd left however Maddie was socializing with a friend of hers andoffered her samples to which I felt it was necessary to address my milkshake and ask for a refund. She rudely asked if I wantedthe milkshake now and I said no. The 2 girls called someone to see what to do and once Maddie got the change she rudely slappedit down on the counter. I told her that was rude and extremely unprofessional to which she didn?t care and the taller girl withbrown hair apologized for her and I walked out. Last night was my worst experience in a Baskin Robbins branch ever. I arrived at the store just minutes after 10 PM and the door... was still open. there were a couple of people and there was a nice lady who was willing to help and get my order to go butthere was a guy who rushed to confront me even though the lady told him i am a regular and she was willing to serve me. He wasso offensive and you could till from his body language. I was humiliated in front of the employees that night will never evervisit that store again. Read more

Last night we went out for ice cream, arriving around 815. The customer in front of us had ordered a 3 scoop sundae. The... employee made the smallest scoops I'd ever seen, making me question if I should get an extra scoop too. He said something aboutit and she said "We're low on mint chocolate chip so that's why it's small." So he asked for more of the chocolate chip to makeup for it and OUT COMES ANOTHER EXCUSE, "The scoops are smaller for the sundaes." So, is it low on the flavor or small for theitem? My scoops were good sized, but still smaller than usual. Anyway, after standing in a line of about 8, it's our turn togo up. The lady tells my husband he cannot have a milkshake because their manager told them to close early. Right as she issaying that, a HUGE family comes in, about 8 people, and she turned them all away. It wasn't even 830 yet. I'm sure themanager much appreciated that $50+ walking out the door. We usually sit outside to enjoy our ice cream. This shopping centerhas lovely benches. We observed people come and go upset at them being closed. They even told a guy that they had to closebecause they were both sick. Then, this guy shows up and a man tells him they are closed. He seemed worried and said, "that'smy girlfriend in there, she texted me to come get her". He then checked his phone, got in his truck and went to the back ofthe building. Wild place, man.
