It was an ok experience. Customer service, these days, isn't what it used to be. Young kids working b/c they are forced to,... lol. That forces them to project that energy onto customers. This quaint location of the iconic ice cream chain lives up to the delicious legacy and reminds of the wonderful childhood... Sunday ice cream adventures. This store is wonderful but a bit understaffed; wait times were acceptable but not exceptional.What was wonderful was the wide range of selections in cones, waffles, and flavors. I ordered a chocolate shake and its all milk and liquid sugar in there and it hardly have chocolate ice cream in it. Very... liquidy and very very sweet. Cannot taste chocolate in it at all. We clearly asked her we want it thick and creamy and she madeit very worse. Its the worst shake i ever had in baskin robbins. Very bad and rude service. I got an ice cream cone ( chocolate chip)?.the icecream was old with an old ice cream ( freezer frost) taste . I threw it... out. The outside seating was VERY DIRTY ?. Trash on the ground and the patio area looked like it hadn?t been washed down forforever. Tables filthy dirty. Where is the manager ? Owner? Not the good ole Baskin Robbins I grew up knowing.
