I love the staff they are always super nice. Not sure if there is new ownership or something but the last two times I went,... much of the ice cream was semi melted and the floors were very dirty. Also ended up with an upset stomach shortly after eatingthere (I know, my fault for eating semi melted ice cream). Hopefully they can get back to where they were for yearsoperationally. Read more
I had a cake emergency for my sisters birthday and they delivered! Young lady who was there was very proactive and friendly.... Before telling me no she thought to ask the owner or manager and was able to get my order approved! Thank you to you both somuch !! My sister and family loved the cake. Cake was delicious as well! Normally, i have experienced great service at Baskin Robbins but tonight was truly not one of those days. My 8 year old daughter... and i wanted some ice cream but walked in and noticed 3 employees working and on a mission and taking care of their customerswas not their main concern. First of all we did not get greeted, then i asked for an ice cone for my daughter and a Banana Royaland only got 1 scoop rather then the 2 scoops your suppose to get on the Banana Royal. Then they didn't have any napkins intheir 1 dispenser. Not very happy with their service. Read more
We always go on the 31st for the good deals. This location is conveniently located with plenty of parking. I was in and out with... three ice cream cups in less than five minutes (even though there were other people in the restaurant). The restaurant is clean.The restrooms were nice. The customer service was great. I was greeted walking in and when leaving. The staff even let me have asmall sample of a flavor I was unsure about. I will be back. Read more
The consistency in the quality of milkshakes has gone down. There used to be a book that would show the exact ingredients. I'm... sure Baskin and Robbins and developing flavors over 50 years, knows a thing or two about quality and quantity of products. If Iam paying almost $9 for a large milkshake, please make it the way I want. Not a block of ice cream. Read more
I have taken my kids here all summer. Always great experience. My son has nut allergies and the staff is great about making sure... his ice cream is not contaminated. Kids enjoy the music playing too. Read more
The staff are nice, but the store is always SO dirty. The counter where you pay is covered in spilled toppings, the floor is... wet but dirty at the same time, it has a weird smell, and the walls are dirty and peeling. The ice cream is fine but it?s alittle gross to be in the storefront. Read more
