Just gonna give 5 stars because I think you guys can do better if you want. Ordered separate ice-cream scoops got 2 cups in with... missing flavor scoops altogether. Wanted to make my order easy so kept that $10 ice-cream and asked to put the order again thatI wanted. Paid again $10 and this time they gave smudges of chocolate scoop and that not even looked like a scoop in the cup. 3people in the window for incomplete order and impatient car driver behind hawnks.....just imagine!!!!! how smoothly one canenjoy cocktail ice-cream double scoop. This place looks understaffed and poorly managed. The staff was nice but they where running around busy. Limited topping for the... ice cream and had no supplies for there specials. I just felt bad for the young men there, they really where trying there bestto make it good. Kudos to these guys! No negatively from them this is just what I saw. Read more
This place is disgusting! They should really consider who they have serving the food. Nothing against the young man helping... (named Rudy)but he should?ve been wearing a hair net and some gloves or something. He had an obvious condition where he wasbasically shedding skin all over. Knowing you have such a condition you should cover up and wear protective gear. Not only thatbut he was touching his nose and his watch. Ridiculous!! Personal hygiene should be a part of these employees uniform? butanyways ,He can help with other tasks but serving food is not one of them. Unfortunately I didn?t get anything from here as Iwas too disgusted. But my friend wanted her cone with nuts on it and they don?t have any. WHY DO THEY HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS THEYMAKE THEM FRESH. if they make them fresh why couldn?t they make her one right then and there. Never again will I come here. With Covid still being around don?t you think maintenance should be easy to do ? Inside was dirty tables still had crumbs from... other customers and simply just nasty . On top of this my little daughter dropped her ice cream right after getting it and theymade me pay for another one saying it was not their responsibility? Like I understand it?s not lol it?s simply the fact of I?mnot gonna have her eat this here is the old one can I have a new one ? Not like I?m trying to keep the old one and just get anew one ???? but anyways to go with that Simple customer service is learned at like 14 years old ? this lady for as old as sheis should have and know simple manners and customer service ? but doesn?t . super sad to say this was my first and last timecoming to this location. I would not even give this store 1 star if I could. I placed an online order on Friday for an ice cream cake and a polar pizza... both for pickup on Sunday. I stopped by the store 2 hours before the order time to see if I could pick up...they didn't evenhave my order. I showed the lady behind the counter my confirmation email with order # and asked her how this could b resolvedsince I needed this by 1:30. She told me that there was nothing she could do. So I asked how to get my refund and she stated to view the email for the number to call. The email stated to call the store and I told her that was not acceptable as I had triedto call the store before I drove over here and no one answered the phone. This store has terrible customer service and can neverget any order you place correct! My recommendation is that upper management clean house or maybe just close the whole storedown. Read more
To put it simply, the older gentleman was nice and accommodating with our kids, the manager on duty, she was not so much. Let's... leave it at that. This restaurant is a split Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donut as the manager "pointed out" as we ordered from thewrong board. Just to add, the place was empty and no line in the drive through when we were here. Smh, sad. You should want toencourage return business during this time. Oh well, guess not. This Baskin Robbins is awful and my drive visit was completely frustrating. I asked for a banana split, the employee informed... me this location was out of bananas. I then ordered a chocolate sundae, the employee informed me this location is out ofchocolate ice cream. The employee then offered a rocky road sundae which I accepted. About 10$ later the employee informed methis location is out of spoons as well. These are the 10$ sundaes. I'm never returning to this Baskin Robbins. Read more
