Been to all locations and this one is my least favorite. If they get your order wrong at least the manager will do right by you,... but the rest of the staff really needs to work on their customer service skills. Absolutely love their ice! I buy a chest of it every two weeks or so! I eat it just like that, but they have so many flavors!... Love their Cherry Limeade drink, and Acai bowl. My only complaint, I can't have their smoothies since I'm lactose intolerant.Would love it if the company would consider a substitute for us. Read more
