This location deserved a zero except for one employee who was a 5 star - Myan (sp?) was the only cashier and was working very... hard to manage a long line. She was very polite, professional and efficient. However, there were 2 other employees who weremore concerned with closing and going home, one who I think was in charge (man with short bleached pony tail) yelling out to theline of 12+ customers, ?this is all we have; when it?s gone it?s gone!? He appeared to be in charge but spent the majority ofthe time on the phone and ignoring the customers otherwise. He never lifted a finger to assist Myan or thought to open anotherregister to clear the line. No leadership qualities and terrible customer service from the man. Kudos to Myan! Read more
Was passing through this airport stressed out of my mind Feb5th. I found the Cashier was patient and somehow could tell I wasn't... having a good day. She was very kind and asked me how I was doing, genuinely. It was a pleasant moment and I dont find thateveryday, especially in a place so busy. Oh yeah, The Pretzel was good too ;) Read more
One star because no option to do zero stars. Totally agree with other reviews re lazy service. They said they closed at 9, but... at 8:40 when I walked up to get something to take on my 9:05 flight 10/16, the 3 employees being paid to staff the restaurant(!) had packed it in. Happy to sell a Cinnabon, but absolutely nothing else out/available and they basically had mutuallydecided some time before they were done cooking and no interest in serving customers. Auntie Anne, need some management focuson this store ? you actually want to cook and sell food to customers, right? I mean that IS your business, right? Read more
This Auntie Anne's is inside the airport past security. They are always so friendly and sweet. Love this place...coffee,... breakfast, and ofcourse the Cinnamon buns are amazing!! Read more
Good soft pretzels, I also liked the pretzel dog mini bites
The cinnamon roll was only 4 out of five stars, but the service was amazing. My daughter dropped her cinnamon roll and Sam was... quick to take care of us. Thank you Sam! Read more
Terrible, slow service and employees have a bad attitude. Go and eat somewhere else
3 stars because the food was good, but at 8am they didn't have anything?? They were out of so many things at 8am and the airport... was not even full. We only got a Cinnamon bun. Read more
