I Visited the stand alone kiosk location near Dillards at North Star Mall in San Antonio. The Customer service was lacking. The... cashier was talking to the other employee before completing my transaction. I received no appreciation for visiting like mostplaces will express. I still said Thank You and received no response, as he was still talking. And no they were not busy, as there were no other customers in line. ??Tis the Season to be jolly. Read more

$5 for a flavorless lemonade drink. What a rip off. I can only blame myself!

I ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and half of them were burnt or barely coated with cinnamon sugar. I had a few bits that... were fine but what really annoyed me is that fact that there where salty pretzel nuggets at the bottom of the cup. Read more

Out of concern I hope the owners look into the employees work. 12 customers walked away in the span of 15 minutes. I know this... because I ordered a cinnamon pretzel that had to be made because no food was in the display case, except just regular saltpretzels. We only waited 15 minutes for the pretzel but the wait wasn?t the issue, the wait was perfectly fine. The customerswere being turned away because the employees simply said no more items were being offered only the regular salt pretzels alreadymade. 12 customers came and went as we waited for our 1 cinnamon pretzel (which they also salted). Sad, seems this stand lost aLOT of business due to the workers. I would look into it. The last customer we saw approach left in a huff because they wanted 4meals but were told ?we only have what we have? by the employee. Staff was rude and dismissive, sadly. Lorena S.(cashier), andblack older male(30?s). Read more

To be such a huge establishment, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of food. My lil girl wanted a pretzel. Needless to... say, with so many associates working at such a large mall, verses the associates keeping up to par and baking fresh thedifferent kind of pretzels they sale, they give my lil girl what seemed and looked like a 5 hr reheated hotdog pretzel. My lilone said it had a gross taste. All they were making were the original pretzels and the ones with cinnamon and sugar. Poorexperience and poor quality of food. I also noticed the workers were cross-contanming their food items to prepare the pretzels.I saw no one running the booth but a bunch of folks who had no idea on what too do. Poor and dirty experience. Read more

They wanted to argue and lie about a simple question statement.. they have 5 or 6 people there and I asked if I could pay for... and wait on pretzels I wanted.. they said the ones in counter are fresh we repeated our question and again they ignored anddidn't answer questions .. I didn't ask that question if they were fresh .. MY FRESH YOUR FRESH. MY FRESH HOT RIGHT PRETZELS IWANT ARE DIFFERENT SO I APPRECIATE COMMON SENSE AND RESPECT. I DON'T COME HERE AS MUCH AS I WANT TO BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICEPEOPLE TAKE CUSTOMERS FORGRANTED NOWADAYS. Read more

Very good pretzel bites and a great place to visit when you are out with the family! The cinnamon sugar ones are a nice treat as... well. Slight burnt taste on some of the pretzels, but overall pretty decent grab and go food Read more
