So I come in at 11 am and the kiosk was closed. I knocked at the window and a lady wearing glasses yelled at me saying they... they will not open for a while. Very rude and unprofessional. Went here because my wife had a pregnancy craving for them, said they opened at 11 so we went and at 11 they said they didn?t... have anything made all we could get was drinks? okay shouldn?t you come in before to prep stuff?whatever, we walked around andcame back at 1145 and they still didn?t have anything and a line was building up outside and they weren?t telling anyone whatwas going on. Waited in the hot sun while the employees talked amongst themselves and paused frequently to share their juicy gossip. When I... finally received my order my pretzels were not fresh. No one wants to pay for pretzels that are not fresh and considerably moreexpensive because of the location, then have to wait for poor customer service. I left a review with this location and was sentan email from "Veronica Zuluaga " on July 22, 2022, asking for my address to mail coupons to rectify the poor experience andquality. I replied with my information and never received any coupon it has been over 2 months. POOR customer service. I willnot return to this location and don't recommend anyone else. Read more
The pretzels are so good here! But my gosh, these employees look like they?re about to pass out most of the time! Even while... placing my order I can feel how hot it is in that kiosk! The two young boys inside had locked the place up, gave the hand... across throat motion meaning we are closed, and wouldn?t let me get a drink. My husband and I were spending a day at the mall. Decided to get some pretzel bites and drinks. The service was horrible, and... the bites had been sitting for a while, they were cold and gross.
