Loved it! We had the plain salted pretzels, they were soft, warm, and delicious!

My son comes here every time we come to HEB and they have NEVER ONCE had more than 2 things already made. He ordered 1 pepperoni... Pretzel today and of course it took 30 mins. They say 10 mins but the girl felt the need to make a whole tray of 4 pepperonipretzels even though he was the only one here. Of course it took forever to slowly build them and cook them etc... I was alreadydone with all my shopping and she was STILL assembling a tray of 4 pretzels. Slow!!!! With 3 people working here it shouldn'ttake this long and there should be pretzels pre made at least. Read more
Despite the fact that this storefront is tiny and located in a high-traffic area, every visit has been quick and the employees... are very efficient. Food is always warm and you never have to wait too long! Read more
We ordered and paid and then was told pretzels not available for 5 minutes. We would have either not ordered or ordered... alternative. Then we were told to leave area and wait in another spot. We were not anywhere near cash register, but off to side. There were no other customers. We got distinct impression cashier unhappy with job and it was racial thing and he liked lordingover elderly white people. It was extremely uncomfortable. When we told him poor customer service he didn?t care, no apologiesfor wait. This is terrible way to treat customers. We were there about 1pm on Monday, May 17th. Read more
My gf came in today and ordered for the two of us, as she was pulling out her card the cashier told her they were only accepting... cash. If anything that would be something you inform a customer before they order from you. I am sure it was because she camenear closing time and I understand that but it was before 8:30 and there should not have been any problems, very disappointed inthis location. This is not the first time being let down, the first time the pretzels did not taste fresh and hot. Read more
UPDATE The "Owner" never rectified the situation and never replied to the emails sent. Fake concern and hard pretzels. ordered... 2 small-size nuggets in different flavors both were so thick they were inedible. I paid $8 and couldn't eat them. The flavordidn't taste as it normally should because they were so thick and doughy. I will be asking for a refund. Read more
