Hooray the dining room is open again. It?s so much better to sit and eat their sandwiches freshly made. That being said I... tried the new cheese steak sandwich. It was a let down. They advertise a beautifully made grilled steak with grilled onions andcheese melted over it. What you get is a pre mixed mess of meat, cheese sauce and peppers with onions that have been so overcooked they lack substance. In short it?s a mess. I haven't had Arby's in years and needed something quick for lunch. I ordered the new smokehouse brisket sandwich. But they... gave me one that had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for close to an hour due to the bun being so hard I couldn't biteinto it. There was no sauce, cheese was *also* hardened due to the heat lamp and the meat was so dry I spit it out. I've workedin restaurants for over 10 years and know how long it takes for a food item to end up like that under a heat lamp. Lol Read more
