I'm always on the fence about trying Arby's but this place was fantastic! Me and my girlfriend got off work late and we were... turned away by so many places for dinner. So we stopped by Arby's expecting the same. We drive into the drive through notknowing anything about their menu and Selena greets us. I let her know we need a moment and she says no problem and lets me knowif I have any questions she is more than happy to help. She gave excellent recommendation for drinks, food and sauce to try. Odd and unpleasant odor upon entering the new store. Cashier was useless. Got my order wrong and overcharged me. Brand new... bathrooms were closed, posted out of order. Although while I was there I witnessed two employees using the out of orderbathrooms. Roast beef tasted off. Fries weren't hot. Didn't have any Horsey sauce. Out of coke and dr. Pepper. The tables weredirty and the floor as well. I was the only customer. None of these things should have happened in any circumstances much lesswhen it's empty inside. Read more
I didn't have this over 20 years and it's still the same. I ? their beef sandwiches and their curly fries. Their Arby's sauce... brings me back. I'm so glad that I have found this place. I will be going back there real soon because they do have the MEATS! Read more
Whenever we come here it?s usually by drive-thru, only eat ins when possible. Unfortunately their drive-thru was close so we... went inside. Wow such amazing friendliness from both employees working. The food came out hot and fresh, everything tastedgreat. They even helped me with my tray. Update: I went on 21 August 2021 and I ordered from the Drive Thru again. The expectations are still exceeded. Food was fresh... and they were fast. I would recommend this Arbys Restaurant to anyone. Consistent food, clean location. Service I wouldn't necessarily blame the staff, but I've been told more than once recently that... orders/specials cannot be modified in the slightest. I'm not talking about gotcha kinda substitutions to try to score a deal,I'm talking about ordering something but leave an ingredient off. Apparently not possible/allowed. Read more
