Employees were friendly, and greeted me ????. This location has some unique and interesting decorative features. Three stars... because: 1- The order I was picking up was still being prepared, although the wait was not too long, about 5 minutes or so. 2-The most concerning thing to me; I watched an employee drop a pair of tongs on the floor 3+ times, in full view of anyone at thecounter, while trying to hang them inside the warmer/cabinet for further use. Rather than put them in the dish sink within arm'slength to be washed after hitting the floor, she continued to try to hang them and was eventually successful in her attempts.She did not inform the other employees, and seemed quite unconcerned about it. I?ve been here about 10 times and I think my order has been right 1 time. It?s been one meal every time too. This time they... forgot my large drink, I drove back to get it, they gave me a flat medium soda. I could hear the soda machine spitting out alittle at a time and they still gave this to me. I don?t even feel like driving back again. Wont be back Read more
Always have a long wait after paying for your drive through order. I don't mind a bit of a wait knowing I will get fresh food... but this location is always too slow. Read more
Welp? this happened today. I ordered via DoorDash. Every single meal was missing fries. I noticed the lettuce on my sandwich... looking pretty rough, so I decided just to pull it out. I pulled up the bread and there was some sort of bug sitting on thelettuce. I called them to let the manager know and he seemed pretty unphased by it. Read more

I entered this location with one question on my mind. Do they have the meats? The service was quick, the staff was friendly,... and the roast beef sandwich was excellent. This location most definitely has the meats and very clean bathrooms????. I will bestopping by again soon! Read more
Miss the old Arby's free standing location when they moved next to AT&T store on Nacogdoches Rd. Their Parking Lot is... akwardly placed & limited in parking space. Inside restaurant is non-personal. Seating is squished into small diningarea with varying degrees of table heights. Because of the high front counter, none of Arby's employees, includingreception/cashier are visible to public. Once approached counter to order, cashier was friendly & efficient. Since I wasusing 'buy one get one free" coupons for the classic & cheddar roast Beef Sandwiches, she advised me that the ham Arby Meltfor $2.09 required no coupon, as well as 4 Classic Roast Beef sandwiches for $10.00. Purchase with coupons and a SeniorDiscount of 2 Classics , 2 Cheddar, Arby Melt, and 2 Apple Pies came to $13.10. Took this handfull of warm food home. The two of us enjoyed a tasty filling noon meal and have three sandwiches left over for tonight's dinner. Read more
