Employees were friendly, and greeted me ????. This location has some unique and interesting decorative features. Three stars... because: 1- The order I was picking up was still being prepared, although the wait was not too long, about 5 minutes or so. 2-The most concerning thing to me; I watched an employee drop a pair of tongs on the floor 3+ times, in full view of anyone at thecounter, while trying to hang them inside the warmer/cabinet for further use. Rather than put them in the dish sink within arm'slength to be washed after hitting the floor, she continued to try to hang them and was eventually successful in her attempts.She did not inform the other employees, and seemed quite unconcerned about it. I?ve been here about 10 times and I think my order has been right 1 time. It?s been one meal every time too. This time they... forgot my large drink, I drove back to get it, they gave me a flat medium soda. I could hear the soda machine spitting out alittle at a time and they still gave this to me. Welp? this happened today. I ordered via DoorDash. Every single meal was missing fries. I noticed the lettuce on my sandwich... looking pretty rough, so I decided just to pull it out. I pulled up the bread and there was some sort of bug sitting on thelettuce. I called them to let the manager know and he seemed pretty unphased by it. Read more
