The service was great. My wife's salad arrived without the chicken, which our waitress promptly corrected. It also had quite a... bit of "turned" iceberg lettuce. When I mentioned that, she said she would see if she could get a deeper discount. It ended upbeing completely comped. That was better than the military discount that I was asking for. The decor was great, with theAmerican flag hanging from the ceiling, as well as those of Texas, and all of the branches of the military. We'll return to thisApplebee's in the future. Cocktails were okay but what took the cake was the nonchalant manager ERIC who did not care about our experience. There was... absolutely no surprise that our plates weren?t fresh. Was the only place in the area open until 2am. Friendly staff, quick service and great late night eats. The bartender Adriana... was amazing at handling a busy bar. The bar had friendly customers. I was alone and from out of town...so to me its always niceto meet random people. Highly recommend the food and drinks. Read more
HORRIBLE. First problem was I ordered the trio dips, cheese, guacamole, salsa with chips. Chips were stale, cold, and no salt... not to mention were a bunch of crumbs and broken pieces. I let the waiter know and he brings me more stale chips. I let him knowagain and he comes back and says they have no more chips. So then we order food. Wait a long time, then comes out with bourbonchicken and shrimp (which I'm highly allergic to) instead of my bourbon streak. So he says he will fix it and give my kids theirfood. I requested raspberry syrup for my tea and didn't get it until I asked again. Also had to tell him 3 times to bring myson some ranch. Then, to top everything off, after waiting again, while everyone else at my table finished off their food, mymedium well bourbon streak comes to the table and it was completely RAW and cold on top of that.
